Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Photo Trend Video is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users turn a permitted portrait into a short video using selected motion templates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You may not upload, depict, or generate content involving anyone under 18 years old.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload, depict, or imitate a real person unless you own the image or have that person's clear permission to use their likeness for this purpose. This includes public figures.
• Upload or generate content involving anyone under 18 years old.
• Create, request, distribute, or sell sexually explicit, adult, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content.
• Create deceptive or fraudulent content, including material that falsely represents a real person as saying or doing something, or that is used to mislead others about identity, origin, or authenticity.
• Create, promote, or threaten violence, extremist content, hatred, harassment, or discrimination against a person or protected group.
• Use the service to scam, defraud, impersonate for financial gain, or otherwise facilitate illegal or harmful conduct.

We may review, remove, block, or report content and suspend accounts when we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, creates safety risks, or exposes us, our users, or payment partners to legal or financial risk.

Reporting Prohibited Content

To report suspected prohibited, unsafe, infringing, or deceptive content, email lijunjun626@gmail.com with the relevant account, video, or order details. We review reports, may remove or restrict content and accounts, and may preserve or disclose information where required by law.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, we will restore the credits used for that failed generation. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case where required by applicable law and the payment provider's rules. Do not initiate chargebacks before contacting us, except where required by law.

If you select a subscription, its price and renewal frequency are shown next to the subscription button before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel before the next billing date in Account → Payments; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
